Changzhou Yangs Mould Co., Ltd (Changzhou Tianyang Rubber & Plastic Mould Co., Ltd) was founded in 1974 in Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu. We specialise in the development, design and manufacture of tyre moulds and building drums. With more than 270 employees, we have built long-term partnerships with over 30 major tyre manufacturers in China and abroad.

Our Products

Segmented moulds Inclined-plane and conical segmented moulds, plus semi-steel and all-steel containers for PCR, TBR and OTR tyres.

Two-piece moulds Aluminium cast and steel two-piece moulds with replaceable side plates and multi-pattern options, covering truck, bus, light truck, agricultural and OTR tyres.

We also manufacture building drums (two-drum bladder building drums, shaft-mounted bladder drums and mechanical drums), bladder moulds, flap moulds, inner tube moulds, rubber track moulds, retread moulds and precision-cast aluminium moulds.

Manufacturing Capability

• Five-axis, four-axis and three-axis simultaneous machining centres and four-axis engraving machines introduced from Europe and Taiwan
• Fully automatic CNC EDM machines, CNC vertical lathes (max. diameter 2500 mm) and CNC horizontal lathes (max. diameter 550 mm)
• CNC lettering machines, CNC wire cutting and tread block inspection equipment
• Self-developed high-tech aluminium casting technology for stable accuracy of base moulds and tread blocks

Since 2000 the company has operated an ISO 9000 quality management system, applying strict control to every stage of mould and building drum processing. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 and remains continuously effective.
